Philippine Chinese Chamber of Commerce Guangxi Branch donates materials to Manila Municipal Government
On December 16th, the Manila City Government specially invited representatives from the Guangxi Branch of the Philippine Chinese Chamber of Commerce/Guangxi General Chamber of Commerce to attend the flag raising ceremony held at KKK Square (Kartilya ng Katipunan). Mr. Luo Longzhou, Executive President of the Chamber of Commerce, led a delegation consisting of Mr. Meng Zhihe, Mr. Zhao Fu'an, Mr. Chen Junming, Ms. Huang Liangyi, Mr. Wei Shengbo, Vice President and Secretary General, Mr. Yin Xincheng, Mr. Chen Zonghao, Vice President, and Mr. Chen Gang, Advisory Committee Member, to attend the flag raising ceremony.
After the flag raising ceremony, I donated a batch of household appliances and office supplies, including televisions, coffee machines, water dispensers, rice cookers, etc., to the municipal government. The municipal government held a grand formal handover ceremony for donated materials, with Manila Mayor Dra Honey Lacuna warmly received the delegation of representatives from the Chamber of Commerce and had friendly exchanges. The mayor highly praised the kindness of the Chamber of Commerce and expressed sincere gratitude for the donated materials. He stated that this donation not only provides practical support for the daily work of the municipal government, but also further deepens the civil cooperation and friendship between China and the Philippines. Both sides expressed their beautiful wish to strengthen communication and cooperation in the future.
This donation activity fully reflects the social responsibility and commitment of the Guangxi Branch of the Philippine Chinese Chamber of Commerce, and also provides a more stable platform for promoting friendship and cooperation between the Chinese and Philippine people. In the future, the Guangxi branch of the Philippine Chinese Chamber of Commerce will continue to uphold the purpose of "serving society and promoting cooperation", actively participate in and support various social welfare activities, and contribute to deepening friendly exchanges between China and the Philippines.
